When shopping for my cousin, we didn’t have the best experience at first at Fred Hass (mainly from one Salesman) However, the owner personally called us, which led us to give them another try and I’m really glad we did. The service we received from Syed exceeded our expectations. We later found out that he was the Sales Director, but despite his position, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of even personally screwing the license plates onto the car himself.
