Great place, ample inventory, with great customer service. Salesman (Herb Brown) answered all of my questions via phone making me very comfortable with coming into the dealership. I had now 3 bad experiences at this dealership the first bad experience was with jamal and the remaining experiences was with dain. They both did the same thing I asked him not to do. Completely ghosted us without giving us any information. Again I had questions those questions were not being answered. I was promised that I would get a call back weather a deal could be done or not as a common courtesy that was not done. Javier was eager and professional. I could tell he was relatively new to car sales and I really wanted to buy a car from him. I was told it is dealership policy that they cannot give me a quote without first disclosing my address, phone, and email. The financial manager, Sid, was friendly but wouldn't budge. I shouldn't have to give all my information to get a quote. Forcing disclosure of this information before giving a simple quote is why I am no longer considering another Nissan.

I was transparent on the phone about the max price I could pay while speaking to Star and Frank. They said they were very flexible so I made the drive, only to find it was an 8-10k difference than what I mentioned. I wish they were more honest on the phone since it was clear misalignment.
This dealership is very slow when warranty service is included to try to get you to walk away. The service rep was watching football on his phone at his desk and was in no hurry to get my car battery replaced. It took 2+ hours for them to figure it out when it took me 2 minutes in my driveway. He never spoke to me and only sent info via text since they wanted to add $3,000+ in addition service. Ironically, I was there 4 weeks ago and no additional work was needed then so they can not be trusted.
I would like to thank Mr. Aldo Gonzales, Service Advisor, for this professional handling of my request for service this week on my 2016 Altima. I took my car in because I heard an unfamiliar noise in the engine; however, my car runs like a top-- perfectly. Mr. Gonzalez looked inside the hood and listened. Do not do business with them. We put a hold on a vehicle here filled out papers deposit down. We were waiting on insurance claim money to come in which would be in a day or two. Fred Haas in Tomball is the only dealership my family uses . Have purchased several vehicles from them and they always get us what we want with no hassle! We specifically use Jessie Norris. He is the BEST! Just bought another new vehicle test. Did it all while I was at work. Management is vastly different from our days in 2015. We had purchased 4 cars from Fred Haas Nissan from 2012-2015 and had a great experience every time. We’ve been there twice in the last year and will never be back. This dealer is grossly shady, charging upwards of $5995 for their “addendums” on new and used cars for nitrogen air in tires, interior fabric protection, and exterior environmental defects, whatever that means. Lately been having used with my car everytime I take it in for service. Since after having the serpentine belt replaced my car sounds like a truck on start up. BUYER BEWARE!! Bought a “Certified” Pre-Owned vehicle and it passed with “no odor” “clean air filter” etc. They covered up the smell of terrible cigarette smoke to trick us into buying.
