A certified pre-owned vehicle combines the value of a used vehicle with additional inspection and ownership benefits. These programs are designed to provide greater confidence through warranty coverage, roadside assistance, towing support, a transferable warranty, and a trade guarantee when it is time to upgrade.

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Protection for qualifying mechanical breakdowns

Limited warranty service must be completed at an authorized Nissan Certified dealer in the United States, excluding U.S. Territories, during regular business hours unless otherwise approved by Nissan. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying mechanical breakdowns caused by defects in materials or workmanship and does not include damage caused by negligence, accidents, non-covered parts, or normal wear and tear.

The vehicle’s recorded mileage must be accurate. If the odometer has been altered or is inoperative and the vehicle’s actual mileage cannot be determined, the Limited Warranty will be void.

Nissan Certified Pre-Owned limited warranty

A Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is covered for 7 years from the original new vehicle in-service date or 100,000 miles on the odometer, whichever occurs first. Subject to the warranty terms and exclusions, Nissan will repair or replace covered parts when a qualifying mechanical breakdown occurs in the United States, excluding U.S. Territories.

Certified Select limited warranty

A Certified Select vehicle is covered for 12 months from the purchase date or 12,000 miles from the purchase date, whichever occurs first. Subject to the warranty terms and exclusions, Nissan will repair or replace covered parts when a qualifying mechanical breakdown occurs in the United States, excluding U.S. Territories.

Assistance when the unexpected happens

For the duration of the Limited Warranty, a qualified representative can assess your needs and arrange eligible roadside assistance with no out-of-pocket expense up to $100.

  1. Battery boost or jump start
  2. Flat tire change using your usable spare tire
  3. Out-of-gas delivery with up to $5 in fuel
  4. Lockout assistance
  5. Towing to the nearest Nissan dealership or authorized repair facility, with towing costs covered up to $100 per claim
  6. Rental reimbursement of up to $42 per day, with a maximum of $210 over five days, when a vehicle is being repaired for a failed covered component
  7. Trip interruption reimbursement of up to $500 for meals, lodging, and alternative transportation when a covered breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home

The Nissan Certified or Certified Select Limited Warranty may be transferred to one subsequent private owner through a private-party transaction for the remaining warranty duration. Ownership transfer instructions and requirements are available through Nissan USA.
