  • What services does your service department offer? 
    • Our service department offers touch-free, no contact service. We can handle your vehicle’s next: oil change, brake service & replacement, tire service & replacement, battery service & replacement, inspections, filter service & replacement, diagnostic tests, multipoint inspections, fluid inspections and replenishments, factory-recommended services, and recalls. We also recommend you check out our current service coupons before scheduling your service appointment.
  • How much is an oil change?
    • It depends, if you purchased your vehicle from Fred Haas Nissan in 2015, under the family plan, your oil change and tire rotations are ½ price for as long as you own your vehicle. Some Nissan vehicles take conventional oil, while other require synthetic, and diesel engine require a different oil than gas engines. So please contact one of our service advisors the year and Model for your Nissan so we can give you an accurate quote for your Nissan.
  • How much is a brake job?
    • We will need to have the year, model and the Vehicle Identification number to give you a proper quote over the phone for a basic brake job. This would include replacing brake pads, resurfacing the rotors. Once your vehicle arrives and is written up by one of our service advisors, the brake system will be inspected by a certified Nissan technician. We will inspect the hydraulic, electrical, and hardware components. Our certified Nissan technician will measure the brake rotors to make sure they can be resurfaced and still be within Nissans factory specifications. If not we will recommend replacing the brake rotors. Nissan brake pads and rotors are Nissan tested and approved specifically for your vehicle to maximize proper fit, form and function. The brake pads and rotors also come with a 3 year 36,000 warranty to show our confidence in genuine Nissan Brakes. We offer 2 classes of brakes. Original Equipment and Value Advantage. You can choose how to best maintain your Nissan based on your needs and price.
  • When does the Warranty on my Nissan begin?
    • The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer or put into use, whichever comes first. If you purchased the vehicle used or cannot remember when you purchased the vehicle, you can call us with the Vehicle Identification Number and we can look that up for you.
  • Does your service center offer free estimates? 
    • Yes, our service department is happy to offer you a free estimate on any work you may need done. 
  • Do you do auto body repair? 
    • No, Fred Haas Nissan does not currently offer auto body repair services.

  • Are customers required to wear face masks? Are staff members required to wear face masks? 
    • Yes & yes. Our dealership is currently requiring all staff and customers who visit us to wear a face mask or covering. We are also abiding by all CDC recommendations and guidelines to make sure both our customers and staff remain healthy and safe while in our dealership.
